Just to warn I am not the technical guy, but our team has been running into a series of intermittent errors with Mailbox units on the 520i models. We have at least four of these that are throwing the error code and going off line...they are in different clients so we have ruled out environmental issues. Our KM technical support has had us replace the mailbox mainboards and motors, no help. They are now suggesting the finisher main boards.

We think it is a firmware issue due to timing being off somehow, but they just want to keep throwing the parts at it and see if it can go away. Of course clients are getting upset by the repeated unresolved intermittent problems.

Any one else had issues with these newer mailboxes?
