My customer is using Nitro PDF Professional and the pages come out blank. Using any other application the prints are fine, including Adobe. This guy uses Nitro for everything any suggestions?
have you played around with the different printer languages. If you have the device set to KPDL Auto, go into the settings area and uncheck the "Allow Data Pass Through", or simply change the language to PCL 5c or 5e. The PCL XL seems troublesome with certain apps. I have also come to find out on the new TASKalfas that if you have KPDL selected and the customer is using WordArt in MS word or publisher documents that it won't print them out correctly, switch to PCL 5c and everything is fine.
