We've had a couple lately, new feeders and sort of random. I don't think this was a problem with the older SRDF2s. Other than cleaning and replacing rollers, any ideas??

Catch me if you can! |
I think the pressing springs for the lower feed-in pulley have 3 different notches that they can be hooked on, giving different feed pressure. Bunch feeding is supposed to be fixed by decreasing the pressing spring tension.

check the shaft that the seperation pulley rides on, it is hed in place by 2 white plastic C shaped clips, if the customer pulls paper out in reverse the shaft can pop out of the C clips and cause multi feed, mita has new clips that are completly around the shaft more of a O clip instead of a C.
