When I print out Event log under "counter log" where it should say the list of J codes and the amount of jams next to that number. All of the J codes say J 00 with 0 jams. On my maintenence report Sim 903 is not present ? And when I go to Sim 903 on display to check jam report from there the sim comes up but when I go to touch either soft key they both go off screen and that is it there gone.
