When running a job that is mixed sizes you may get a jamming issue where the letter sizes are running into the legal sizes. We have found that if you put the letter size or smaller sheets to the bottom tray it works best giving the printer extra time to clear the paper path. I am not sure why but there seems to be a timing issue if the letter paper is in the top tray. If anyone else has experienced this same issue and resolved it differently please let me know. Thanks,

I had one of those bad boys doing it with the legal on top and letter in bottom tray. It does it randomly. Wonder if there's a fix for this.......

I was given some firmware by a tech rep which seems to have fixed this issue on about 25 of these that we delivered to a bank. The only catch is that the legal paper HAS to go in Tray 1 and letter in Tray 2 (if they have the PF-310).

Today I was given a firmware written by Kyocera to fix the timing issue due to the software used by this national account
