I have personally seen an E33 code and cannot find any info on what it is. Is it related to running low on toner? copierdude | ||

It's definitely not published in revision 2 of the user manual. KM Tech called me. It shows up when customer continues to make copies without any toner. copierdude | |||

I ran a test with our inhouse machine. Pulled out toner cartridge and continued to make copies. 50 copies after "add Toner" came on E33 showed up. Replaced cartridge and code went away. So customers that say they change toner as soon as light comes on yet have a code E33 are lying. Wait, what am I saying? Customers never lie! copierdude | |||
