I have 2 520i machines at same location with the PF 670B on them. On has 23000 & the other has 45000 both had jam 46 codes and machines ran fine as long as dr#3 was left empty. I cleaned the left carriers pickup pulley assy on both and they started working. I got a call about a week later and the one is working fine but other one is jamming again. This time the codes are j-21 & jam 30 machine now has 26500. Since they added that extra clutch assy for the feed assy we have had more problems with LCC. That j-21 drove us crazy on a 5050 and we replaced everything, then all of a sudden it just started working on its own. Any ideas on this problem?

banson...the problem is @ the finisher ... the eject sensor for tray a stays on to long & it triggers a bunch of jams codes...sensor is located right on top of the eject section tray a...the same sensor is use on main tray of the finisher in the back for the belt registration timing...interchange for proof positive..good luck
