The J32 is for "resist/AC". It Z folds up before the roller just before the TS corona (reg roller). There will be two more sheet there as well. The first one is duplex, the second is blank from the LCF (#3 or #4) and the third page is duplex again. There's a total of 3 pages in the upper vertical/secondary/reg/duplex confluence areas. It never jams on simplex copying. It took well over 300 copies before I ever saw it jam, but then it got to the point that it would jam nearly every duplex copy. Anyone have this before?? Dave

Remove them from the shaft that they are on. Disassemble the clutches, by removing the snap rings and clean the **** out of the insides. Do NOT lubricate any of the parts as you reassemble. Take particular care to clean out the gear/mag plate assembly as developer and rust can get in there and clog the works.... Good luck

In addition to cleaning as Mark described, I may remove the metal friction disc from the gear part, with the tiny philips screws, and lap it on a flat surface with a sheet of emory cloth. I use 99% isopropyl alcohol generously as my solvent. I also tend to lose some of the shims.
