Is there anyway to change the image area on these? On the analog copiers you can reduce from the whole glass size. It seems we can only get an image on these in the 8 1/2" x 14 area.
I need to get from an 9"x 11" computer form down to a 8 1/2 x 11. The type actually goes the whole 9" width. When we reduce we only get the image from the 8 1/2".
Or is there any way to remove the factory set edge voids?

Check the spec sheet. This apparantly is a sales problem----don't you just love it. The machine will only scan 8 1/2 wide. OOps!

is this true of all digital desktop style copiers that only do letter or legal? Or just this one?
