I have been through the the setup series several times and replaced the feed clutch and rollers. No Help. This machine came to us with japanese character display and Japan as the destinatio. I have done a U21 and reset the destination to inch and resetet the timing. I am considering doing a U20 again. Anyone been through this before?

you did try sim 34 , for lower drawer??

No Help w/ U034. It won't get it close at the end of its range. I am about to try a U020 and reset everything again.
