we have this box in the shop and it is giving intermittent c3310. turn machine off and on and code clears. any ideas as to the cause and solution would be greatly appreciated. tia rb

check conector for adf had one do that, change out the adf the code will not come back, or change out main board of adf

reseated all connectors and ran sim 906. all seem to be working well for now. thanks for the input. rb
