most of whats recieved has the left margin of ea line slowly move to the right and what is cut off at the right margin finishes printing where the left should start making a well defined "left" margin that runs from the upper left of the page to the bottom right.

Is this the Laser?

Sounds like a laser, more specifically some dirt on the raster sensor inside the laser unit. You can take it apart and clean inside to see if it gets better.
