I have a PF-75 on a KM-3530 popping a C1110 code(Lift 2 Motor). I have replaced lift motor 2, checked the feed unit for broken tabs that hold metal pick-up brackets, and checked to see if the paper was installed correctly and not folded over. The code pops up every month or two or around every 1500 to 2000 copies. Any ideas?
I just tried putting spacers above the feed unit (like in this thread) to push it down, but I'm still waiting for them to use 3000 sheets to see if it holds since my tests never break it.
Also, I had a PF-75 with a broken gear tooth in the frame, not the gears, that caused some lift issues.

The black mylar pads covering the inside of the cassettes become worn and may be hanging on tray when lifting. I have had to replace the metal plate because the glue becomes impossible to remove sometimes. The metal palte is the same front and rear.
I've tried a new motor. I took mylars and glue off and gear in tray and large tray are good, There is no resistance and no teeth are broken. Very odd.

Take the tray off of the rails and set it up so you can see the gears and teeth that lift the trays. Check to make sure both lift up to the same height by pushing them up by hand, i've a a couple of these do this exact same thing and all it turned out to be was one of the trays was a couple off teeth off from the other causing it to lift lower and throw a lift motor code. I've yet to figure out how this happens but it did.
