I have a 2030 in the field that seems to be gettting a wicked paper curl on it. So of course when you try and run it through the bypass it jams up. Its a new machine, I think it only has 2700 copies on it.
Do I need to releave some pressure on the press roller or turn down the temp?

Sounds like humidity in the paper to me. We see that quite often here in Florida. Try a fresh ream of paper.

Already went that route.
We thought they had cheap paper so we of course sold them our paper. Boy do we look like asses now. Yep its still doing it.

Dang! I hate it when that happens. We have several of these out and haven't seen that problem but the fuser sounds like a good thing to try. I would try to switch out the entire fuser from a known good machine and cross my fingers. Good luck. I'll be watching for what you find that fixes the problem.
