Can you export codes from a km5050 and import them into a 520i using the sim 917???? I couldn't get it to work. Then I tried to use KM Net Accounting and got the 5050 in there but when I tried to pull the 520i in it kept asking for a account admin password. I used everything I could think of and it wouldn't work. (5200, admin00, Added a account and tried that password and no soup)
Nope you cant use Sim 917- couldnt believe it myself when I tried it. Whats the point of only being able to transfer addresses across the same model
Apparently KM Net Viewer is the only solution but havent tried it yet - had to import 70 addresses by hand cause clients IT support wasn't available to install it.

I was able to move account codes only using the KM Net for Accounting from a KM-5035 to a TA500ci series, didn't have any passwords pop up though. As far as addressess for scan to email or SMB scanning, I guess the easiest way is to access both web interface pages for each copier and copy and paste from one to another. I haven't tried KM Net Viewer for this yet either.
Knet Viewer will work. I just used it to transfer 100 email and fax numbers over. The only thing that won't transfer is group emails of fax numbers. After the group name transfers, you have to go in and set the individual emails or numbers manually.
