Does anyone know yet about the 1Gb memory card these need for duplex scan? I know it's a 200-pin DDR2 SoDIMM, but there are several frequencies available for these. Does anyone know which one it is?

At class there was no mention of the speed. I'm guessing it's not speed sensitive, but it would be safer to error towards the faster side.

I was given a part number for Buffalo Tech D2U800C-200E. That cross-references to PC-2 6400 speed.
