One of our techs replaced the fuser drive gear on a KM-6030 and after it was reassembled, it start throwing a C4200 code. The unit will warm up without error and print half a page and then throw the 4200 code. We have done the folowing: Replaced the laser, Transfer unit, main charge unit, installed a new style laser harness. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Did you just change the fuser gear or the rear drive gear in the block? There is a lot of wires that can get tugged when you remove that rear fuser drive block. If you did not have the code before you took it apart then you may have pulled a connector loose. I would take it all apart again and backtrack.

Check the pre-transfer corona. Noise from it arcing can be sent back to the controller causing a false code(especially if it was just restrung) Good luck
