We only have 2 of the CS-255 (B&W) out and we are having scanning issues. First, the machine will not allow you to scan 11x17 at 600dpi. It tells you to change it to 300x300. Kyocera says it is supposed to do this, although it does not appear in the literature. Does anyone know if adding memory remedies this? Also, the are getting an error code 0f FD16. One of those engineering codes. Anyone have any of these problems with this machine? Any fixes?
