replaced fuser unit with new one and still C6000 code pops up. I did do the reset 163 and still the code is there. ran 24 no good. I removed the wire ties from the harness that goes from the fuser unit to the engine bd. reset with 163 and presto it works.

i have the same issue. was there only two ties and the connector is from yc1 is that correct?
