I have a 9520 that seems to be locking up occasionally. The technician in the area (2.5 hour drive away) says that the machine just says "Ready" and is on-line, but it won't print until you power cycle the machine. After a power cycle, the prints in the queue will resume. Any ideas? It isn't any specific program or file that does it. It seems to be very sporratic. Firmware is supposidly up-to-date.
I'm heading up there in the morning and will get more details (are they printing through a server or locally, etc...).
