We reset waste toner count, keeps saying waste toner almost full. waste toner count read 2 mil.
It does reset, but come back after a day. We have no idea how the count is kept. Any ideas.

Are you using simulation 921?

You need to reset sim 921. If it's reading 2mil you should reset to 0 with a new wtb.

We use sim 921, and it goes to 0 but a day or two it's back up to 2 mil, and the waste tank is a little less than falf full.

Is firmware up to date? Also may want to check c-code list. Are any other counters getting wacked out? How about wall voltage. We had one that had 58vac on hot and 55vac on the neutral. Talk about wierd problems.
