I have replaced the paper drive moter with a known good one and still NO responce. Also removing the DV unit is had a huge build up of toner on it. This unit worked fine and we loaded it up to deliver to cusomer and it poped up this 2500 code that wont go away anyone have any ideas??

Look close at the front door interlocks (where you add toner) there are 2 switches if these are not actuated properly this code will appear as well as the interlocks on the side door but side door interlocks usually cause a fuser code as well

Ditto, and my multi-day "take apart the entire works" adventure with a similar problem turned out to be the safety switch assembly for the side door. There are 3 separate switches mounted on a single pivoting, spring-loaded mount inside the back-side.
