We've had a rash of 6030 machines intermittently producing blank and or half copies. On one machine, we've replaced LSU and CCD but the problem has returned.
The half copies are cut right down the middle. Since we ruled out the LSU and the CCD, are we looking at boards next? Any other suggestions? |

I had this problem on a 6030. It was a dust ball in the center of the mirrors causing the white plate reading to go crazy. Cleaning the optics fixed the problem. Inspect your mirrors and white plate on the bottom of the glass for damage or imperfections.

I don't know if this will help, but....
I had a CS-6030 that was giving intermittent C4200 codes and partial blank prints. On my first attempt, I installed a rebuilt transfer unit. The next day on the second attempt, I replaced the developer bias contact. No re-occurrences. =^..^= =^..^= |
