I have a KM 2560 that is putting a 'Service Copier Soon' watermark in the center of the page on every 15th copy or print. The meter reading is only at 6700. We tried updating firmware to the latest level and called hotline...neither helped. Going back today to see if it does this on internal prints as well. Please advise.

U251 resets the maint counter ?? not sure why it is doing what it's doing with the water mark ??
