Looked at the manual online and magnified. It only shows one for each side on the drawing but the part number shows one required for the right side and two required for the left side. Hope that helps.

If you are looking for jamming problems check the tab that the left side feed assembly sits under, it is a small plastic tab. Usually that is broken and it is better to drill a hole next to the metal peice and put a tiny screw with a washer to hold it down in place. You may have to dremel the other side to sink a nut up so not to bother with the paper feed.
Just use a zip tie and tie the mount to the base and it will work forever. Have used this many times with no problems. No holes to drill, takes about 2 minutes. If you have a PF-750 in the field, go ahead and do this and it will save you a call someday.
