I have a KM-5050 with light internal print outs: status page, maintenance reports, copy and print from a PC nice and dark. Have replace DV, DRUM, Transfer, checked voltage BIAS. Any suggestions thank you.ML.
I was kind of thinking the same thing....what does it matter if the internal prints are light, as long as Copies, Prints and all else is nice & dark, what does it matter. Hmmmmmmmmm

Because when we ask for a counter report for billing purposes they notice how light the print is. And of course in their eyes the machine has a problem. And they want it fixed.
If you're requesting a meter report then it's CPC right? Just tell them the internal reports are light so as to save supplies for their important documents. No need to waste toner on an internal report right?? -Cope
