KM-C3232E, with 3000 sheet finisher. New JS-710 Job Separator, and new Exit Assy. Still can't make the J-45s and J-46s to stop. will jam in Simplex and Duplex. Removed Spacer on Actuator face on
Exit Assy, which seemed to help for 100 simplex copies, then started jamming every other copy again. Paper is crashing into the opening to the JS-710 from the exit assy. It's almost like the Exit motor is stopping. All Switches check good in MM-31.
any ideas?
thanks!

I'm not saying this is your problem but it is something to check those 3000 sheet finisher's if there not alligned correctly "if there leaning back" they can pull on the left side door of copier and put presure on the gates at exit and SOF and they won't open and close properly causing them not to be in correct home position leaving them in the way of the paper

Thanks, Skyshot, but i made sure mine is leaning ever so slightly toward the copier. It is on the 3000 sheet deck, so the mis-sized cabinet isn't a factor.
