Anybody ever have a 3232 auto rotate when it shouldn't? Drawer 1 is 11 x 8.5 and 2 is 8.5 x 14. I have only see it do it one time. It does it off the the glass and threw the DP. I have checked all the usual long list of things. Any idea's? Only does it once in a while.
I have checked other posts just wondering if any thing new.

Only problem i've see is the paper width sensor not making good contact with the pcb causing the machine to intermittently read the wrong size paper in cassette. Have you locked in a paper size for the cassette?

Turn off auto rotate in default settings.

Thanks for the help it turned ou to the width sensor. Did it when I was there.
