I have one of these where when the customer is printing flyers with a color background there is a white halo on the right of the text in the upper left, it is fine in the middle, and then on the lower right the text is halo'd on the left side of the text. On page 1-5-24 of the manual it talks about it but the adjustments did not have any effect. What is interesting is that printing it in b/w everything is fine. I have done all of the color registrations.

did u check the dv tanks make sure u have the newer version install...good luck

If you are talking about the DV's being changed due to cracking then yes we changed them out.
