I have heard on a couple of taskalfas a ratcheting sound after the paper exits the maching, has anyone figured what makes that sound?

that would be the new style black dv units, they give themselves a shake every so often to knock the crap off the roller. The tech pub on the "B" style dev units tells you warn the customer about the new noise.

also ver 11 firmware has to be fitted , or the new type fuser pulls a code
