We have a newer unit 45 k with 40 J-81 jams, anyone have any suggestions?

please give more info ie. paper desk or cabinet, what have you observed, etc.

Check the difference between copier left and finisher right make sure it is even, the finisher pulls on copier left side door of copier putting unwanted pressure on switching gate.I put washers on the far left side of finisher "looking front frame " between adapter option and finisher. In my case I had a LCC not cabinet

we have a LCF on the unit. We discovered that output tray C is not working, though we were not trying to use that output tray.

Customer says it jams in the morning mostly..

Skyshot were you getting the J81 codes??
