I have a client with a KM-C3232 complainig of frequent 'image cycling' and 'calibrating' messages. Last time I changed the following:

-Firmware update and color registration
-U148 Drum refresh mode changed to table 2
-U464-9 ID correction operation set to ON

With no change to the issue. Any ideas?

Yeah, are they running the crap out of it? Voyagers do a bad job of keeping up with high coverage production not to mention frequent calibration.

This unit has 195281 pages and has now been moved to a low volume office 2500 pages per month.
DUMMIETEK What would I need to check or adust with auto preheat mode?
313ZD - The tray heaters are off.
