We have a 3225 that the customer is using primarily as a scanner ( kyocapture) And they scan a lot !!! For some reason, during long scans, the machine rotates a page, which causes lost info going to Kyocapture. We have checked all sensors, cleaned, turned auto rotate off, and even checked for sunlight hitting the 8.5x14 sensor, still happening. Any suggestions??

are any of the papers folded? I've seen where the folded papers lift up and cause this type of issue. Do you know what paper size the machine is reading when it rotates, could it be 5.5"x8.5"?This info would help us help you

It appears to change it to 11x8.5, which knocks off info when it does send through Kyocapture.

Have you tried turning off Auto rotate?
