We have a new machine we delivered last week.Customer has been complaining of a slight grey streaking on 1st couple copies when machine is 1st turned on, but then runs fine all day. We have seen it happen twice(we turn on and watch machine) but havnt been able to come to any conclusions. We swapped a fuser with no luck .Hotline claimed transfer belt so we have one on order. Just checking if anyone has run across this yet.
