Have a long life customer and didn't have any problem with them, tech loaded the V.4 firware and it is now giving us a CF248 code when the customer sends a print job. Enginering is stumped, regional tech suggested clearing the hard drive and reloading the firmware and didn't work. Have any of you seen this before?
reload original firmware...it will work...my suggestion to u is to wait two week before you load any newly post firm...it will prevent loss time and problems...

Worked ok with the customer fine with it how it prints for now.... Thank you for your suggetions
