I have a a FSC 8008 which is very poor from cold at printing on A4, it gets stuck around the transfer drum. Should you send the job via the MP Tray on A4R its fine. I guess i have a transfer belt issue.
The machine is low miles and very good condition, i dont know a great deal about them as i dont really have any in the field.
I dont have access to it's firmware either (long story) does anyone have the latest firmware they can Email me & it's procedure PDF?
What v. of firmware do you have? I don't think you have a transfer belt issue (secondary transfer)below the primary transfer unit, with an orange rubberlike belt, if you are abel to print through the MP tray. try cleaning your paper tray feed rollers. is there a z fold when you clear the paper jam from feeding paper from the paper trays.
I have been maintaining our FS-C8008 for years, but have an ongoing problem with it crashing during the print job. Gives network errors from many different PC's and software, incluing Direct Print from a PDF. Any ideas how to fix the network module, or load it in a more rugged format to a Memory Card?
