Hello All
I have installed my one and only C2525E and before
it went to the customer location the firmware was
upgraded and the PDF file was followed to set up
and callibrate the color settings although I am not
all that impressed with the output of the copies but
the printing is quite acceptable. Is it common practice
to use that new fancy test sheet and follow the procedure
to set the CCD? I have installed a couple of the C2520
products in the past and they appear to be ok although
I don't know if that is a fair example to go by.
The problem that seems to be occuring is the color
copies I am told are washed out.
I plan on visiting the customer site Monday to see exactly what is
going on but I thought I might get some input to consider.
I have noticed that there have been lots of posts about the
color products touching on a wide variety of problems.
Just hoping it might be something I am overlooking.
