We have a KM-850D ( I know )we are getting a C-240 code. We have reset the DIMM and it worked for a short time, next we switched out the print system and are still getting C-240's. The customer is printing USB, don't think that would matter. Any ideas other than the obvious one.

News not so good. Had a machine about 18 months ago that did the same thing. Replaced every single stinken board with a known working machine, along with a new printer pcb. Tested for about 2 hours, no problem. Came in the next morning and the machine had the error code again. Kyocera even sent a modified printer pcb and that had the same problem the next day. We ended up swapping out the machine with a C2230. Never could get the machine working with a print system again. Sorry, no good news here.
