C3232. Customer had an example of a copy ghosting almost the entire previous copy. Full color, 11x17 paper. Thought it must be the transfer belt (big enough diameter to fit the intact ghost). But it still ghosts parts of the previous copy. Not every copy will do this. Will return tomorrow with firmware and monkey with SIM 107.

webe your Q|A here! save yourself some time run sim 020 and watch with amaze how ur copy will return to normal.i know ur last firmware toy around with ur tc belt settings and this is the primary cause of ur problem...run gray adjust for safety...good luck...

Sorry, yes thank you that did it! Unfortunately, it was one of those calls where, I fixed the ghosting, then the magenta drum started leaving smudges. Then the color registration was off....then the reds were to orangey. Etc etc etc. Bad call all around, but thanks bud.
