I now have 2 color machines with DF-760 B's that are giving me C8050 codes. What happens 1st is the machine will sort or staple and finish then give off a J88. After I reset the code the next staple/sort job will finish and give a C8050 error. I have changed the sensor, both boards and the motor that the manual says to. Now I did not replace the eprom but I've also never had an issue with one of those. From what I can tell all the sensors are working after lookin ginto sim 241. If anyone has seen this plaese help me out. Thank you

I think there's a timing procedure for that finisher similar to the one used for the KM-5050 machines... search the forums for this on the black and whites.. I think I remember seeing a thread on this

OK this was a timing issue. When you remove the iner tray cover you will see a sensor and a small gear set. The gear needs to be set with the red mark pointing to the left. Just fixed both machines that had this problem today.
