Getting a halo around the black print only. Replaced the drum and transfer roller but did not make a difference. Any ideas would be great.
Thanks

It's probably your LPH assembly. Clean the face of the LED's and if this doesn't help you can try to refocus them by tightening the focus/standoff screws (The ones they say to never touch) until they bottom out then back them back out approximately 1 turn. If you can't get the halo effect to dissappear you will need to replace the LPH assembly. One quick way to see if it is the LPH is to swap it to another drum location.

If you do need a LPH assembly, just toss the machine and get a new one. Machine cost was cheaper than the part.
