I have a Task 400 color that gives me a C-0150.
Called hotline after loading new firmware with no luck. It started out once a day. Now i can`t clear it. I reset the dimm`s on the main board and memory stick. Formatted the harddrive. Turn the machine off and on. Then it goes to, ready to copy, then it goes right into the code. Any ideas?

I noticed it says Contact the Service Administrative Division under remarks for that code. That makes me wonder if it might be a counterfeit code? Maybe it's just a bad EEPROM and you have to contact them to get the part number.

I called hotline twice. not much help. I have the dimms and main board coming in tomorrow. Will try that. Let you know.Thanks

Replaced main board and both dimms on main board last week. no callbacks yet.
