Went to one of these today and the machine was at ready with a notation that no 2 sided to 2 sided do to a failure. I reset the machine and it came up with a 3210 code. I found out the only way to get the machine to come to ready with no code was to keep the doc feeder in a raised position. Once feeder was closed than it would pop the 3210 code again. I am ordering the PWB invertor board today for the 2nd side CIS. If anyone has found anything different for this code please let me know.
We had this code and tried the lamp and alot of simple things, then discovered that there was a paper clip touching the inverter board for the CIS. It took out the lamp, the CIS, and the board. Good Luck.
