I'm getting a message saying "box limit exceeded" on TA 250ci when scanning to email or smb. The customer is not trying to scan to a box and there are no boxes even set up. It will do it ever time they try to scan. I tried formatting HDD, but it did not help. The op guide says that the message means document box is full. | ||

Solution was to load frimware to newest level. | |||
