I have a c0620 on a brand new machine and it shows that pwb on the fax unit might be bad. I replaced the fax unit with another brand new fax Q and the same code comes up. I have already upgraded the firmware to pack 3.05 and option upgrade pack 1.03. Has anyone had this before yet? I have also did a u906 for giggles.

fax system comes with a dimm you have to install. It comes in bubble wrap and is easy to think its just extra packaging but there is a dimm hiding in there.

Hey man, hope things are well with you. I new about the main dimm they were supposed to be in the package but neither one of mine had it in the box.I knew to look for it but dimm was not in there. I thought they may have changed something and did not put them in there anymore. I will get the dimm on order and try it. I'm sure this will fix the problem. Just thought they might have changed since the machine is still so new.

Also be aware that the DIMM "CAN" be installed upside-down. Our setup guy did it. Of course do the firmware update after the installing the fax but before powerup with the fax.
He installed the fax without the firmware and it kicked a 0620, upgraded the firmware and it kicked again. Had to remove the fax to get rid of the code and reinstall it and reflash.
