Just went to this late today, it was jamming on duplex. Giving J-60 codes. No apparent catching on anything or marks on paper. The one weird thing is that there was a loose piece of paper in the center tray of the machine when it jammed. It has a DF 780 on it and the job was going there, where it was stapling.Almost like it let go of it or accidentally let it exit there. They are using a xerox 32lb paper, however they are leaving it set on normal so they can still staple. Not happy about that, should be set to heavy 1 if remember right. But of course I got the we've always done it that way and its worked fine till now.I also saw on print out it had jammed couple times on there plain paper drawer as well.It has latest firmware and all the orange mylars removed.Any ideas ?

Can't find that bulletin. Did search on KMA came up with nothing. Have link to it, or overview on what its about. Thanks Craig

Well removing the stuff around the duplex actuator arm per the bulletin seems to have fixed it.It was sticking some before doing it. Yes it is a pain in the arse, ended up taking more off then I needed too. Next time will be much easier.
