Here is an interesting one. I have a 500ci that if you set the media type in any drawer to letterhead or preprinted, the machine automatically duplex copies from that drawer. If the media type is set to high quality or plain etc, everything is normal.Ver 7 firmware,HDD format,Sim 906. All done. Also sims checked with another machine. no difference.
