Having trouble with the 3225 rotating print jobs and incoming faxes. Firmware is updated(mita's answer for everything!) and HD's have been reformatted. Auto rotate has also been shut-off. Still rotating pages. Doesn't happen all the time. Has anyone else had this problem? THX
I'll agree with Jeff on this, check the tray width detection PWB in the tray for the infamous excess "conductive" lubricant build up and clean conductor runs. I've had to do this on several Falcon IIs, IIIs and Voyagers.
I agree with elheather on this one. I saw it just last week on a CS-C3225E. Tray #1 showed and oriented images for 8 1/2 x 11 (LTR R), when the paper was loaded 11 x 8 1/2 (LTR). Just moving the side guide through the full motion a few times to get tray #1 to read properly.
There were no jams as a result.
