Hello all. I encountered a problem with a new out of box machine that won't allow me access to the system menu to set the network configuration. In the pastI could go in without any problem. I tried the standard 3000 for this model. I reset the factory settings and reinitialized the machine and even updated the firmware but no luck. Any suggestions appreciated. I am going to call support in the morning. The machine thinks it needs server authentication but as I said it is brand new.. Thanks Ed

My first thought is U024, format the HD if you haven't yet. Gene Proximity to stupidity is exhausting!

I tried the HD format without any luck. Talking with Kyocera USA was poor at best. Only suggestion was try 3000 and or 4000 as the default info. Thanks to all who viewed.

Fyi Problem solved. I ended up installing an older version of firmware and then install the latest version. I am now able to log on with the default 3000. Thanks ED

If you come accross this again, you can get into any of the range with "Admin" (A must be capital) as user name and password. I should have left it alone!
