Has any one else seen this problem even in cardstock settings etc. have cleaned tires daily also our printshop complains about color matching what they have on the lcd monitor thanks in advance. Jeff

Yeap we have the exact same problem. 110 pound cardstock will NOT feed reliably. The specifications call for no more than 80 pound cardstock. It will feed the 110 pound stuff, but with a lot of jams and no feeds. And for get about the embossed garbage. The embossed paper does not have a smooth finish and the toners will not adhere in any sort of reliable pattern. We've had to inform them of that particular circumstance too.

Good luck with the color matching since the monitor emits light and the paper reflects light. It will never look exactly the same.
